Trainer: Margarita Etova

Her professional career began in the banking sector as a Training Expert and gradually progressed to the position of Recruitment Manager. In this role, she built a team of specialists and simultaneously participated in the implementation of a completely new recruitment process. She managed to develop and implement new channels for reaching candidates and actively collaborated with the marketing team to build the company’s employer brand. She was part of a team of managers conducting annual employee evaluations. Since 2017, her focus has been on projects related to recruitment for expert and managerial positions, development and delivery of specialized training, analysis and optimization of HR processes for companies in various sectors.
