Overview
Do you know that many trainers are actually good experts on one on several subjects but actually have never attended a pure train the trainers seminar? We will cover rich theory connected to the subject about learning styles, andragogy, group dynamics, presentation structure. And on top of that we will have immense practical part in which we will uncover the many ways to obtain people’s attention, how to polish our presentation skills to the next level, the different training methods we can use except for a lecture format (which are more than 10), we will uncover battle-proven ways to deal with difficult situations that may arise during a training. And we will have fun while doing all that!
One of the most important parts of the training will be the practical workshop in which each participant will deliver a “mini-training”. People say on the top of the many newly learned know-how and skills this is perhaps the most useful part for them, because they receive a real feedback from a trainer to a trainer.
