 Overview

Working in a corporate environment often requires quick decisions under pressure, balancing different interests, managing tension, and dealing with aggressive behavior. Managers often find themselves caught between the demands of management and the expectations of their team. This one-day training provides specific tools to manage these pressures, set clear boundaries, and present your position with confidence. You will learn about models and techniques such as mini-contracts, managing internal “must” imperatives, and assertive communication.

Konstantina is passionate about people, enhancing their skills and competences and building meaningful relationships. This is reflected in both the content and the style of her trainings.

Her artistic nature and sense of humor allows her to create simultaneously a productive and safe environment which enhances the learning process. She manages to have participants at the same time challenged and supported to give their best.

An accomplished trainer with over 16 years of experience, she has led large-scale projects for leading companies in Bulgaria, including specialists and managers. She has worked across various sectors and with employees at all levels, supporting organizations through assessment centers, mentoring programs, and leadership development initiatives. As a graphic facilitator, she uses visual tools to enhance engagement and clarity in corporate events and workshops.

*Individual sessions are a follow up of the training, where the participant works one‑on‑one with the coach. The sessions are personalized – the focus is on the real challenges a person encounters in their work and on the support for applying new skills in practice.
