Trainers: Iliyan Boychev

With more than 9 years of experience in the sphere of corporate training, Iliyan has conducted projects for managerial, sales and administrative teams in factories, FMCG, IT, insurance companies, banking, and non-banking institutions and call centres.

More than 5 years of experience in direct sales of life and non-life insurance products with national awards for best agent 2010-2011 and VIP Club Membership in Generali Group.

Iliyan has economic education with 1 bachelor and 3 master degrees from Plovdiv University, as well as MBA in Cotrugli Business School – Croatia.

Capitalizing his experience and skills from the corporate sector, in 2016 he founded IBTrainings – a company for projects, training, coaching and consulting related to training and team development. His concept of work is that we always have to balance relationships and results, with results outweighing importance, but chronologically relationships always come first.
