To make this the reality and for Safety and Health to be in line of sight for all, as a behaviour and as an attitude, those with leadership roles have a pivotal duty of care to  ensure that the culture of the organisation emphasises S&H as a daily priority.

 Overview

Taking a fresh look at how leaders can promote a culture to ensure everyone works and lives safe and healthy practice is the focus of this workshop.

 Audience

This training is for leaders and managers who need to take ownership, role-model and promote safety leadership with conviction and passion.
