 Overview

Anyone who works in an office environment knows how exhausting disputes, invisible tensions, gossip, and recurring conflicts can be. Have you ever had a colleague ask you for advice, only to reject every suggestion you make with the phrase “Yes, but…”? The feeling of having such a conversation is like pouring water from one empty vessel into another. It’s as if your colleague’s goal is not to find a solution, but only to prove that you don’t have one. These everyday, often annoying and exhausting situations are examples of typical psychological games that are unconsciously repeated in the workplace. Behind these situations lie hidden needs, roles, and dynamics between colleagues. This two-day training will help you recognize, understand, and effectively break the cycle of psychological games by improving communication, collaboration, and the work environment.

 Audience

The training is suitable for managers, leaders, and specialists who want to improve team interactions, cope with tension and intrigue, and build mature and effective communication.

 Key outcomes:

After the training, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize and interrupt recurring office dramas that drain your energy.
  • Respond in a mature and balanced way, without getting caught up in emotional traps and accusations.
  • Set healthy boundaries and say “no” in a respectful and constructive way.
  • Offer support without “carrying others on your back” and without creating dependency in them.
  • Take responsibility for your actions by avoiding a passive position.
  • Improve communication and cooperation within the team.
