Are you a team, a group, a working group? The answer determines how individuals engage. Teams are what makes or breaks an organization and delivers performance beyond expectations, however, creating and sustaining a high functioning team is not an easy task. Although the above sentence might sound no brainer, unfortunately, there is very few research done or frameworks created to understand what makes a team effective. Being a data fanatic Google People Analytics team decided to pull up their sleeves and find answers on their own through Project Aristotle which paved a path to assess and develop teams.
