LEADING LIKE GOOGLE

Do managers matter? In 2002 Google decided they were not and removed all managers. It didn’t take long to realize that managers mattered much more than being part of reporting lines. In a constant flux state with audacious goals and ever increasing expectations, Google execs decided to find out what differentiates effective managers from the rest and launched Project Oxygen.

This 2-module-program is the comprehensive version of the actual training that managers receive in Google. It is an immersive, informative and experiential learning journey focusing on developing skills needed to lead teams to the future.
