REWRITING LEADERSHIP – MANAGEMENT AT GOOGLE

Overview

Imagine running a control `experiment` and getting rid of all managers in your company. That’s what Google did in 2002. It didn’t go well. So in 2008, a team of researchers set out Project Oxygen to prove what some at Google suspected – that managers don’t matter. But very quickly the team discovered quite the opposite. Project Managers matter a lot. Since then Google began using the findings on what attributes make an amazing manager in a fast-paced environment with extremely intelligent people. This webinar will give you an opportunity to take a peek into Google’s Oxygen Project and how managers perform in Google.
