Executive Speaker Coaching

The world around us is evolving at breakneck speed. This changing landscape means we must adapt to new ways of working and communicating. This challenges us as leaders and strategic professionals to communicate important priorities persuasively when speaking to people inside and outside the organisation, both online and face to face. This international programme is much more than a training course with some tips. It is a comprehensive, in-depth, flexible virtual coaching and mentoring programme with an award winning international keynote speaker, consultant and coach who is also an experienced TV/theatre director.

 Overview

Аn exciting, innovative, personal and involving coaching opportunity to enhance your performance when you speak, both online and in person. We’ll achieve this by helping you identify, develop and deliver a 12-18-minute TED-style keynote speech, both online and live, and we will support you with an exciting and challenging coaching process to get you to a whole new level of performance and effectiveness.

Executive and mid Level leaders and senior professionals of strategic Influence.

Trainer: Nicholas Brice

Nicholas’ career as a presenter and change consultant includes leading and presenting numerous blue chip brand and culture change programmes for organisations such as British Airways, American Express, Unipart, Orange, Toyota: Europe, USA and Japan/Global, Lucent Technologies and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

His work has been recognised with National Training Journal Awards for Best Change Management, Leadership Development and Learning Partner programmes. Last year, he was awarded by Engage Business Media for Best Customer and Employee Engagement Programme.

As a speaker coach/mentor, he has most recently helped senior leaders grow in confidence and capability in organisations, including seniors from Progress IT, Servier pharmaceuticals, and a national government agency.

As a theatre/TV producer and director, he has directed productions for Sky Arts TV. For the last 15 years, he has been featured in the Brighton and Edinburgh Festival with the now Fringe institution, The Big Bite Size Breakfast Show, winning awards for Best Theatre Performance and a shortlisting for the prestigious Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh award.
