Introduction to CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: An innovative tool for the sustainable corporate development

 Overview

The objective of this course is to introduce the participant to the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility today, operationalizing the term and ensuring a cohesive definition of CSR and its applications for corporate sustainability. The training will  allow the participants to acquire relevant introductory knowledge that will help them and their organizations to better address social responsibility concerns.

The training is delivered through a mixture of lectures, practical exercises, and small group discussions. Each module includes case studies and exercises based on real cases. Modules include a brief assessment exercise such as a quiz or practical team exercise to ensure understanding.

Anselmo Caporossi is a senior expert on development and management of Transnational European projects and in various training and human resource development activities. His professional qualification sees him engaged in activities aimed at improving professional skills, in the design of training courses. His training areas of specialization are related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Intercultural Communication, Effective Ethic Communication etc. Finally, he has more than 30 years of experience in the management and coordination of transnational projects funded by the European Commission. Currently is the General Secretary of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.
