A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty

Winston Churchill

 Overview

Initiating change can be the biggest challenge to implement and bring about the greatest sense of achievement in any organisation. Shifting attitudes to change can be a trial of negativity and possible disconnection by some. Most, fear the implications of change, yet when involved, become its key advocates and drivers. Change needs to work, it needs mobilising through communicative leadership. It requires a set of pragmatic, practical tools and a process that encourages participation, monitoring and feedback. From the initial change vision to sustaining its momentum there are key stages that have to be considered as part of the total change process and they must include reviewing how the organisation will hardwire the change into its infrastructure.

In this training the participants accumulate knowledge that will assist them in managing change. They will learn new techniques and tools that will enable the achievement of the goal and employee commitment. The main emphasis of the program is the need to adapt to the team’s specific needs that arise in situations of change.
